Use just this service if your budget allows for only one inspection. If concerned about shipment delay due to product reworking or dispute with your supplier regarding product quality, add an IPI.

In-Process Inspections are performed during the production process prior to full production completion so that quality control issues can be more quickly and easily resolved and any possible delays in shipping schedule avoided.

Use this service if upon production completion there could be quality control issues which would cause shipment delay, product reworking expense, or unwanted confrontation with the factory.

First Article Inspection is the critical analysis of the first item manufactured in a given production run to verify correct setup, correct process alignment, and to verify that the product is built to print and in the correct, specified configuration.

Use this service if your product is being produced by an automated method such as injection molding or metal stamping where the quality and accuracy of the first unit produced will represent future units.

Container Loading Checks are performed during the container loading process to assure both the correct goods and quantities are loaded. Results can be reported back in real-time so needed action can be taken prior to shipment.

Use this service if your main concern is receiving a short-shipment (shipping container was loaded with quantities less than you ordered) or the loading of incorrect items items incorrectly loaded.

Manufacturing Process Supervisions are performed during the actual production process to assure that certain specified manufacturing protocols are followed from the very beginning, avoiding product reworking time/expense at a later stage.

Use this service if you must ensure that the product is manufactured correctly and according to your specific process and protocols the first time through. An FSI inspection is also highly suggested.

Defect Sorting Inspections help avoid product reworking time and expense by having the entire shipment sorted for defects under our direct supervision. Defects are pulled from the shipment and the remaining goods can then ship.
